Quick questions, straight answers
Where do I download QuickQ?
You will find the QuickQ client on the official download page. Pick the system that matches your device (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android) and the page takes you to the right distribution link. Downloading only from quickqgronp.com.cn keeps third-party installers out of the picture.
I installed it. What next?
Open QuickQ and sign in with the account you registered with. The home screen lists the routes you can use; choose one and press connect, and the status turns to connected. On a first run, it helps to follow the tutorial stage by stage.
Can I use my account on another device?
Put the client on the new device and sign in with the account you already have. No need to register or pay a second time. How many devices can be online together comes down to your current plan, as described on the plans page.
It is stuck on connecting. What now?
Disconnect first and check that the device itself can get online, then try another route. Still stuck on connecting? Quit and restart the QuickQ client. If it keeps happening, see whether a system proxy or security tool is blocking the client's requests.
Speeds keep going up and down
Stop downloads, streaming, and other heavy tasks first, then move to a route with less load. It also helps to make sure no other VPN or proxy tool is running, because these can fight with QuickQ's routes. Trying at a few different times usually shows whether the problem is route congestion or your own connection.
What keeps my account safe?
Pick a password that is hard to guess and use it nowhere else. Keep login codes and account details to yourself, and take the client only from trusted entries such as quickqgronp.com.cn rather than unknown or cracked builds.
How do I see when my plan expires?
After signing in, the account area shows your billing period, expiry date, and current status. The purchase entry on the official plans page shows the same information. Renew and sign in again once a period ends.
What platforms can I install QuickQ on?
The QuickQ client covers 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11, macOS 11 or later, iPhone and iPad on iOS 14 or later, Android 8.0 or later, and Linux desktops on Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Before installing, check for at least 2 GB of RAM and roughly 200 MB of free space; on Linux, look at the builds the download page currently lists.
Is QuickQ free, and what are the prices?
Three paid periods are on offer: 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, each covering supported devices and online help. There is no permanently free version, so a single month is an easy way to see whether it suits you. Prices and benefits follow the plans page.
Is my browsing history recorded?
Under the official privacy policy, QuickQ handles account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and necessary diagnostic information to open accounts, confirm subscriptions, keep the service running, and reply to requests. It supports identity checks, service delivery, security, stability improvements, and legal duties. Personal information is not sold, and access controls, transport protection, and internal audits reduce risk. The privacy policy page holds the full rules.
Can I sign in on more than one device?
Every plan states that supported devices are covered, so one account can install the client and sign in across several devices. How many can be online at once depends on your current plan. Changing or adding a device just means installing the client there and signing in with the same account, with no new registration or purchase.
I am connected, yet everything is slow
Pause heavy tasks such as downloads or streaming, then switch to a lighter route. Make sure no other proxy or acceleration tool is running, since it can conflict with QuickQ routes. Testing at different times shows whether the cause is route congestion or local bandwidth. If a single app is slow, check its own network settings and cache.
How do I verify the installer is genuine?
Reach the download page through the official QuickQ site only, and check the domain before you install. Stay away from third-party sites and so-called cracked builds. If the system flags the source as untrusted, confirm it really came from the official entry before allowing it. If something still looks wrong, work through the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ.
Still stuck? Start again with the QuickQ getting started guide and confirm each stage. If it still sits on connecting after trying the checks above, send your client version and system details to official support.
